  Booking Terms and Conditions for the Lodge. A refundable £20 cash bond per person is required upon arrival for any lost keys or damage caused by your group. This is a non smoking Lodge. Anyone who ignores this will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. Please pay balances either by Debit Card or in cash. Credit Card payments will incur a 3.5% charge. Deposits are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed. There will be no refund for any early departures. Guests are liable for any damage incurred during their stay and are also liable for lost keys. Keys not returned will be charged at a cost of £15 per set. Only paying guests are allowed onto the premises. The management cannot be held responsible for valuables left in the bedrooms or guest vehicles. Rooms will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival, until 10am the day of departure. Bags can be left and collected later.
