The Kandi Lodge provides the perfect base for your stay in the centre of Newquay. Our en-suite Modern, clean, comfortable bunk style rooms accommodate from 2 - 6 persons. All rooms have a Flatscreen TV, and bedding is provided, just bring your own towel. There is no bar but the nearest pub Wetherspoons is just a 2 minute walk from the Lodge, or just bring your own! You can help yourself to free tea and coffee in the Reception / Lounge area. The Lodge welcomes all large groups including Stag and Hen Parties and Sports groups, we also accept under 18's, there are no curfews, so your group can come and go as you please. We can also offer advice on where to eat, drink and party. We have a Manager and Security on duty all night and have 24 hrs CCTV. Surf lessons, Surf boards / Wetsuits, Kayaks and adventure sports can be arranged through the Lodge, just ask at reception. Just a few minutes walk from both Newquay train and coach station Kandi Lodge provides the perfect base for your stay with an excellent town centre location. So there's no need to spend a fortune on Taxi's and Buses . The Lodge is an ideal base to discover Inspirational Cornwall with the Eden Project Rick Stein's restaurants and Jamie Oliver's inspired Fifteen restaurant nearby. The lodge is ideally situated within the centre of Newquay being only a short walk to 3 of the great surfing beaches, Towan beach, Great western beach and Tolcarne beach. Fistral beach being only a 15 minute walk from the lodge. You will find you are in easy reach of all shops, Restaurants and Take-aways. You will find Newquay's most famous nightlife literally on your doorstep.
Situated on the rugged coastline of North Cornwall, Newquay boasts some of the finest views in our country of the mighty Atlantic Ocean. The perfect natural conditions produce an ideal surfing coast, which has tempted surfers from all over the world to visit Newquay and try out the waves. As such, it is now widely regarded as the surf capital of the UK and hosts the National Surfing Championships every year on Fistral Beach. As well as surfing, Newquay has become famous for it's wild clubbing nights and as such, is a hugely popular destination for stag and hen parties throughout Great Britain. Newquay doesn't simply offer extreme activity and frenzied nightlife - there are also plenty of historical places of interest and beautiful coastal paths to explore and take in the relaxing Cornish atmosphere. NEWQUAY-CORNWALL.
From the M5/Exeter take the A30 to Cornwall and Newquay. From the A30 follow signs for A392 to Newquay. On reaching Quintrell Downs go straight across roundabout past Morrisons superstore and on to Trevemper Bridge roundabout. At Trevemper Bridge roundabout turn right staying on A392. Pass petrol station on the right and at the next roundabout go right, after turning right boating lake will be on your left hand side. At the next "mini" roundabout go left and proceed up the steep hill. Upon reaching the brow of the hill and seeing the traffic lights over the hill, at these lights turn right on to St Thomas Road the take the first Left on to Fairview Terrace, You will see Kandi Lodge on your left a few houses in.
